  • Structural defects or pre-existing leaks
  • Hail, windstorms, fire and other severe events
  • Pressure washing, foot-traffic or chemical damage
  • Ponding water or poor attic ventilation
  • Roofs beyond reasonable restoration

We handle registration. Your warranty is filed with the manufacturer within 30 days of install. Coverage is non-transferable unless approved in writing.

How do I know if my roof qualifies?

We restore structurally sound asphalt shingle roofs with at least 3 years of life left. Our free inspection confirms it either way.

Will the coating change how my roof looks?

No. Polyacrythane™ cures clear, so your roof keeps its original color and look.

What does it cost?

About 30% of the cost of a new roof. You'll get an exact price after your inspection.

How is this different from a rejuvenator spray?

Rejuvenators re-oil shingles and typically last about 5 years per treatment, so reaching 15 years can take three treatments. Our coating binds the granules and seals the shingle in one application, backed by a 15-year non-prorated warranty.

Is it safe for my family and yard?

Yes — it's a zero-VOC formula, and it's Class A fire rated.

How disruptive is the job?

Crews are on and off quickly. No dumpsters, no demolition, no haul-away.

What isn't covered by the warranty?

Structural defects, pre-existing leaks, severe events like hail or windstorms, damage from pressure washing or foot traffic, ponding water, poor attic ventilation, and roofs beyond reasonable restoration. See full warranty details.
